高血压长期不间断服药与间断服药超声心动图比较

Echocardiographic comparison of long-term uninterrupted medication and discontinuous medication in hypertension

摘要 目的:分析长期高血压患者间断服药与坚持每日按时服药的超声心动图变化情况。方法:选取发病2年的Ⅱ级高血压患者160例,按服药情况分为两组。治疗组为不间断服药患者,对照组为间断服药患者。比较两组左房大小(LAD)、左室室壁厚度[室间隔厚度(IVST)、左室后壁厚度(LVPWT)]及二尖瓣血流峰值(E/A)比值变化。结果:治疗组IVST、LVPWT、E/A比值及LAD均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高血压不间断服药对心脏的保护优于间断服药患者。 Objective:To analyze the changes of echocardiography in long-term hypertension patients with intermittent medication and adherence to regular daily medication.Methods:160 patients with grade II hypertension for 2 years were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to status of medication.The treatment group enrolled patients on continuous medication;The control group enrolled patients on intermittent medication.The changes in left atrium size(LAD),left ventricular wall thickness(interventricular septum IVST,left ventricular posterior wall LVPWT)and peak mitral valve blood flow E/A ratio were compared between the two groups.Results:The left ventricular wall thickness,mitral valve blood flow peak E/A ratio and left chamber size in treatment group were better than in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Uninterrupted medication protects the heart better than intermittent medication for patients with hypertension.
