探讨标准化护理在门诊患者胃肠镜检查中的临床效果

Discussion on the clinical effect of standardized nursing in the gastrointestinal endoscopy of outpatients

目的:分析门诊患者胃肠镜检查中应用标准化护理的临床效果。方法:选择2017年10月-2018年10月门诊胃肠镜检查患者150例,随机分为两组,各75例。参考组运用常规护理,试验组使用标准化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组焦虑和抑郁评分均优于参考组,不良反应发生率显著低于参考组,患者满意度明显高于参考组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在门诊患者胃肠镜检查中应用标准化护理可以有效降低患者不良情绪及不良反应发生率,提高检查效果。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of applying standardized nursing in outpatient gastroenteroscopy.Methods:From October 2017 to October 2018,150 cases with outpatient gastroenteroscopy were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 75 cases in each group.The reference group used routine nursing;The experimental group used standardized nursing.The nursing effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were better than in the reference group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than in the reference group and the satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized nursing in outpatient gastrointestinal examination can effectively reduce the patients'bad mood,it can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the inspection effect.
