腹腔镜阑尾切除术围手术期护理研究

Perioperative nursing of laparoscopic appendectomy

目的:探究腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者加强围手术期护理干预的临床价值。方法:选取2017年6月-2019年2月腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。观察组给予围手术期护理,对照组给予常规护理。比较两组并发症发生率。结果:观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜阑尾切除术患者加强围手术期护理干预能够减少并发症的发生。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of strengthening perioperative nursing intervention in laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods:From June 2017 to February 2019,100 patients with laparoscopic appendectomy were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 50 cases in each.The observation group was given perioperative care;the control group was given routine care.We compared the incidence of complications between the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For laparoscopic appendectomy patients,strengthening perioperative nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of complications.
