直肠癌术后结肠造口围手术期的护理体会

Nursing experience of perioperative period of postoperative colostomy for rectal cancer

目的:探讨直肠癌术后结肠造口提高围手术期护理质量的方法。方法:2017年6月-2019年6月收治行直肠癌术后并结肠造口患者20例。所有患者在围术期均实施综合性护理措施,术前给予心理护理、饮食及肠道准备、造口定位,术后给予心理护理、结肠造口护理。结果:20例患者平均住院时间2周,发生1例吻合口出血,1例吻合口感染,无死亡病例。结论:完善的直肠癌术后结肠造口围手术期护理可以极大程度减轻患者不良情绪,培养健康心理,对患者治疗信心与生活质量均有积极改善作用。

Objective:To research and analyze how to improve the quality of perioperative for postoperative colostomy for rectal cancer.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2019,20 patients with postoperative colostomy for rectal cancer were enrolled.Preoperative and postoperative nursing experience were summed up.Results:Good and meticulous nursing can guarantee the operation quality,improve the success rate,reduce the complications and improve the patients'satisfaction.Conclusion:Perfect perioperative nursing of postoperative colostomy for rectal cancer can greatly reduce the bad mood of patients,cultivate healthy psychology and improve the patient's treatment confidence and their quality of life.
