全面护理模式对胆结石患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的效果分析

Research on the effect of comprehensive nursing model on the amount of bleeding during laparoscopic cholecystectomy and postoperative nursing satisfaction in patients with gallstones

目的:研究全面护理模式对胆结石患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术中出血量及术后护理满意度的影响。方法:2017年6月-2018年8月收治胆结石患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。观察组实施全面护理模式,对照组实施常规护理模式。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组术中出血量低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对行腹腔镜胆囊切除的胆结石患者实施全面护理模式效果显著。

Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive nursing model on the blood loss and postoperative nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:From June 2017 to August 2018,100 patients with gallstones were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 50 patients in each group.The observation group implemented a comprehensive nursing model;While the control group implemented a conventional nursing model.The nursing effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was lower than in the control group,the nursing satisfaction was higher than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing model for patients with gallstones when undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy is effective.
