优质护理服务在门诊输液护理中的应用效果分析

Application effect of high quality nursing service in transfusion nursing of outpatient department

目的:分析优质护理服务在门诊输液护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1-12月门诊输液患者122例,按照进入门诊顺序分为两组,各61例。乙组给予常规护理,甲组在常规护理基础上给予优质护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:甲组护理后患者焦虑评分、输液知识了解程度、依从性以及满意度均明显优于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在门诊输液护理中,优质护理可明显改善患者焦虑情绪,提高患者对输液知识的了解程度、满意度及依从性。

Objective:To explore the application effect of high quality nursing service in transfusion nursing of outpatient department.Methods:From January to December 2018,122 outpatients with transfusion were selected,and they were divided into two groups of 61 patients in the order of entering the outpatients.Group B was given routine care,group A was given high quality nursing service on the basis of routine care,we compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In group A,the anxiety score,infusion knowledge understanding,compliance and satisfaction of patients after nursing were significantly better than those in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In out-patient infusion nursing,high quality nursing can obviously improve patients'anxiety,improve patients'understanding of infusion knowledge,satisfaction and compliance.
