呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎新生儿血清炎性因子水平变化及与肺功能的相关性

Changes of serum inflammatory factors levels and the correlations with pulmonary function in neonates with respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia

目的探讨新生儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎血清炎性因子水平变化及其与肺功能的相关性。方法分析2015年6月-2018年6月于浙江大学医学院附属儿童医院新生儿重症监护室确诊为呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎的41例新生儿为观察组,同时选取41例健康的新生儿作为对照组,分析两组新生儿血清炎性因子水平的变化及其与肺功能指标的相关性。结果观察组患儿血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-18水平明显高于对照组新生儿,肺功能指标的MV、VT、TI/TE及PEF均低于对照组新生儿,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿血清IL-6、IL-8及IL-18的表达水平均与肺功能的部分指标MV、VT及PEF呈正相关(P<0.05),而与TI、TE及TI/TE无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎的新生儿血清IL-6、IL-8及IL-18的表达水平明显升高,且与肺功能指标正相关,可作为判断患儿病情预后的指标。

Objective To explore the changes of serum inflammatory factors levels and the correlations with pulmonary function in neonates with respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia.Methods Forty-one neonates diagnosed as respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia in NICU,Affiliated Children’s Hospital of Medical College,Zhejiang University from June 2015 to June 2018 were selected as observation group,41 healthy neonates during the same period were selected as control group.The changes of serum inflammatory factors levels and the correlations with pulmonary function in the two groups were analyzed.Results The levels of serum IL-6,IL-8,and IL-18 in observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group,MV,VT,TI/TE,and PEF in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The expression levels of serum IL-6,IL-8,and IL-18 in observation group were positively correlated with MV,VT,PEF(P<0.05).The expression levels of serum IL-6,IL-8,and IL-18 in observation group were not correlated with TI,TE,TI/TE(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of serum IL-6,IL-8,and IL-18 in neonates with respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia increase significantly,which are positively correlated with pulmonary function,these indicators can be used to judge the condition of children.
