摘要
目的检测自身免疫性甲状腺疾病(AITD)患儿血清脂肪酸合成酶配体(Fas L)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)及甲状腺自身抗体水平,探究它们之间的相关性。方法选取2017年1月-2019年1月丽水市中医院和日照市中医医院收治的AITD患儿97例,其中桥本甲状腺炎(HT)41例、格雷夫病(GD)56例,同期招募50名健康志愿者作为对照组。采集各受试者静脉血,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测个受试者血清可溶性脂肪酸合成酶配体(s Fas L)、IL-17水平,化学发光法检测血清甲状腺自身抗体Tg Ab、TPOAb水平,Pearson检验分析s Fas L、IL-17与各因子相关性。结果与健康儿童比较,HT组和GD组患儿血清s Fas L、IL-17、Tg Ab、TPOAb抗体水平均显著增高(P<0.05);Pearson分析显示,HT、GD患儿血清s Fas L水平与IL-17、Tg Ab、TPOAb水平呈正相关(P<0.05),血清IL-17水平与s Fas L、Tg Ab、TPOAb水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论AITD患儿体内存在高s Fas L水平和高IL-17水平,二者呈正相关,可能共同参与AITD疾病发生。
Objective To investigate the levels of serum fatty acid synthase ligand(Fas L),interleukin-17(IL-17)and thyroid autoantibody in children with autoimmune thyroid disease(AITD),and to explore the correlations between them.Methods 97 cases of children with AITD in Lishui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Rizhao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the subjects,including 41 cases of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis(HT),56 cases of Greve’s Disease(GD),and50 healthy volunteers were as the control group.Venous blood was collected from the subjects,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect serum soluble fatty acid synthetase ligands(s Fas L)and interleukin-17(IL-17)levels in subjects,levels of serum thyroid autoantibodies Tg Ab and TPOAb were detected by chemiluminescence,Pearson test was used to analyze the correlations between s Fas L and IL-17 with each factor.Results Compared with healthy children,the levels of serum s Fas L,IL-17,Tg Ab and TPOAb in group HT and group GD were significantly increased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Pearson analysis showed that serum s Fas L level in children with HT and GD was positively correlated with IL-17,Tg Ab and TPOAb(P<0.05),and the serum IL-17 level was positively correlated with s Fas L,Tg Ab,and TPOAb levels.Conclusion There are high s Fas L level and high IL-17 level in AITD children,the two are positively correlated and may joint participate in AITD disease.
