摘要
表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)抑制剂是近年来发展起来的一类针对肿瘤信号转导的新型抗肿瘤药物,也是抗癌药物研究的热点。因此设计合成靶向EGFR抑制剂是治疗癌症的有效方法。迄今为止,已有多种EGFR抑制剂被陆续报道,文章按照不同的结构类型,主要对2019年化学合成的EGFR抑制剂做了简单的总结,期望为新型EGFR抑制剂的设计合成提供参考。
Epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)inhibitor is a new type of anti-tumor drug targeted at tumor signal transduction that has been developed in recent years.which is also a hotspot of anticancer drug research.Therefore,the design and synthesis of targeted EGFR inhibitors is an effective method to cancer treatment.Up to now,a variety of EGFR inhibitors have been reported successively.In this paper,a brief summary is made on the chemosynthesis of EGFR inhibitors in 2019 according to different structure types,hoping to provide references for the design and synthesis of new EGFR inhibitors.
