煤柴油加氢裂化装置中氯离子存在的影响及分析对策 被引量:4

摘要 煤柴油加氢裂化装置在运行至第二周期(2014~2019年)的后半段,主要受新氢组成的变化等因素,对装置的安全生产带来了极大的挑战。仅2017年上半年装置就依次出现过高压空冷A101泄露、热高分气和冷低分油换热器E104穿孔内漏、热高分气和循环氢E105壳程结盐等问题。经过数据分析得出均为NH4Cl腐蚀形态及结晶所致,建议装置从控制Cl-含量来控制腐蚀的进一步加剧。 The plant runed in the second half of the second cycle from 2014 to 2019,which was influenced by the content of fresh hydrogen that exerts adverse impact to safety in production.Only in the first half in 2017 did the unit respectively occurs with the leakage of the high-pressure air cooler A101,the perforation of the high pressure heat exchanger E104 with hot high gas and low heat oil,the salt deposition of high pressure heat exchanger E105 with hot high gas and recycle hydrogen and so on.Based on the related data to analyse,we can conclude that these leakages may be caused by NH4Cl corrosions and suggest that countermeasures should be taken to control the nurmber of chlorine lest corrosions aggravating.
