Study on Removal Technology of Single Coal Conveying System in Gasifier Operation

文章主要介绍了通过实际操作完成了输煤系统与粉煤管线在线隔离,安全、高效的对故障输煤系统进行检查、清理和故障排除。检修结束对系统进行封闭、气密、备煤,以上工作完成后,将隔离解除在线将输煤系统与粉煤管线再次并入系统,安全、平稳的完成了系统并轨操作。

This paper mainly introduces that the coal conveying system is isolated from the pulverized coal pipeline online through practical operation,and the fault conveying system is checked,cleaned up and eliminated safely and efficiently.After the overhaul,the system was closed,gas tight and coal prepared.After the above work was completed,the isolation was removed online and the coal conveying system and pulverized coal pipeline were integrated into the system again,thus completing the system rail integration operation safely and smoothly.
