摘要
现有的油田用抽油机毛辫子绳头生产工艺多数采用巴氏合金法,即高温熔化铅块形成液体铅和散股的钢丝绳灌注到绳头腔体中,冷却后二种金属融合在一起制作成抽油机毛辫子绳头。高温易导致钢丝退火降低钢丝的强度;制作过程中的钢丝绳散股使得每一小股钢丝长度不一,从而在使用过程中受力不均而易断。冷压抽油机毛辫子工艺,通过选用相应的冷压设备和扣压材料,使得扣压件和钢丝绳紧密结合制作成抽油机毛辫子绳头,避免高温产生的退火和钢丝绳散股的长度不一受力不均的影响。
At present,the production process of crude braid rope head of oil pumping unit mostly adopts pap alloy method,that is,molten lead at high temperature forms liquid lead and wire rope with loose strands and is poured into the rope head cavity.After cooling,the two metals are fused together to make crude braid rope head of oil pumping unit.High temperature leads to steel wire annealing to reduce the strength of steel wire;In the process of making the wire rope loose strands make each small wire length is not the same,so in the process of using the uneven force and easy to break.Cold pressing pumping unit hair braid technology,through the selection of the corresponding cold pressing equipment and materials,make the pumping unit hair braid rope head of the buckle and steel wire rope tightly combined to avoid high temperature annealing and the steel wire rope length of the uneven force effect.
