“小我”与“大我”:价值引领的根本问题

对“小我”与“大我”价值关系的认识和处理是价值引领的根本问题。无论价值导向、价值评判还是价值实践,从根本上来说,就是要引导人们正确认识和处理“小我”与“大我”之间的价值关系问题。在“小我”与“大我”的价值关系上,“大我”背离“小我”,抑或“小我”背离“大我”,都是错误的价值偏向。新时代,加强全社会的价值引领,就要引导人们尤其是青少年始终坚持“小我”与“大我”相结合,自觉将个体的“小我”融入国家、人民的“大我”中,积极推进个体价值与社会价值、个人利益与集体利益、个人理想与共同理想的相互融合与共同实现。

The issue of“individual ego”and“collective ego”is the essential issue of both the value relation and value guidance.Fundamentally,the value orientation,value judgement and value practice all aim at guiding people to understand and handle the relationship between the“individual ego”and the“collective ego”correctly.In this relationship,the wrong way goes as follows:the“collective ego”deviates from the“individual ego”or the“individual ego”deviates from the“collective ego”.In the new era,to strengthen the value guidance in the whole society,it is needed to guide people especially the teenagers to adhere to the combination of“individual ego”and“collective ego”all the time,to integrate the“individual ego”into the“collective ego”of a country and people,and to improve the integration and realization of both the individual value and social value,both the individual interests and collective interests,and both the personal ideal and common ideal.
