装配式盒式结构中正六边形蜂窝型钢空腹夹层板楼盖动力特性分析 被引量:4

摘要 利用ANSYS有限元分析软件求解大跨度正六边形蜂窝型钢空腹夹层板楼盖结构前12阶固有频率,并分析其自振特点,由分析结果可知正六边形蜂窝型钢空腹夹层板楼盖结构自振形式与等刚度实心钢板楼盖结构相似。研究高跨比、上下肋高、上下肋宽、网格尺寸、楼板厚度、周边密柱截面尺寸、边梁截面尺寸和层间梁截面尺寸对正六边形蜂窝型钢空腹夹层板楼盖结构基频的影响,研究结果表明,高跨比、网格尺寸、上下肋截面尺寸和楼板厚度对结构基频的影响较大,为主要影响因素,其他因素的影响可忽略不计。根据主要影响因素拟合基频计算公式,拟合效果较好。 Using ANSYS finite element analysis software,the natural frequency of the first 12 frequencies of the large-span hexagonal honeycomb steel hollow web sandwich floor structure is analyzed,and its natural vibration characteristics are analyzed. From the analysis results,the natural vibration of the hexagonal honeycomb steel hollow web sandwich floor is analyzed. The form is similar to the structure of a solid steel floor with constant rigidity.This paper researches the high span ratio,the height of the upper and lower ribs,the width of the upper and lower ribs,grid size,floor thickness,cross-section dimensions of surrounding columns,cross-section dimensions of side beams and cross-section dimensions of interlayer beams.The research results show that the high span ratio,grid size,cross section size of upper and lower ribs,and floor thickness have a greater effect on the fundamental frequency of the structure,which are the main influencing factors, and other influencing factors can be ignored. The fundamental frequency calculation formula is fitted according to the main influencing factors,and the fitting effect is ideal.
