细胞因子在老年性骨质疏松症中的应用价值 被引量:5

The application value of cytokines in senile osteoporosis

摘要 目的研究细胞因子在老年性骨质疏松症中的应用价值,为临床防治骨质疏松症提供参考。方法将2016年7月-2018年9月于本院接受诊治的106例老年患者作为观察对象,参照骨质疏松症的判定标准分成骨量减少组60例、骨质疏松症组46例;并将骨质疏松症组患者依据年龄分成60岁~69岁组15例、70岁~79岁组17例、≥80岁组14例;同期选择50例正常老年人作为健康对照组。对各组血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-2、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10水平进行检测,测定骨密度,并分析血清细胞因子和骨密度相关性。结果骨量减少组、骨质疏松症组血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10表达低于健康对照组,血清TNF-α、IL-1β表达高于健康对照组(P<0.05);骨质疏松症组血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10表达低于骨量减少组,血清TNF-α、IL-1β表达高于骨量减少组(P<0.05);骨质疏松症组患者随年龄增长,血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10表达呈逐渐减少趋势,血清TNF-α、IL-1β表达呈增高趋势(P<0.05);骨质疏松症组患者的血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10表达和腰椎骨密度均显示为正相关(r值分别为0.309、0.311、0.274、0.407,P<0.05);血清TNF-α、IL-1β表达和腰椎骨密度显示为负相关(r值分别为-0.308、-0.312,P<0.05)。结论血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-2、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10等细胞因子于骨质疏松症的发生、进展过程中发挥重要参与作用,积极检测细胞因子表达能为临床诊治骨质疏松症、评估预后提供信息。 Objective To study the application value of cytokines in senile osteoporosis and provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.Methods A total of 106 cases of elderly patients who were treated in our hospital from July 2016 to September 2018 were observed.All the patients were divided into osteopenia group(60 cases)and osteoporosis group(46 cases)according to the criteria for osteoporosis.The patients in the osteoporosis group were divided into groups of60-69 years old(15 cases),70-79 years old(17 cases),and≥80 years old(14 cases)according to age.50 cases of normal elderly people were selected as the controls in the same period.The serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-2,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 were measured in each group to determine bone mineral density and to analyze the correlation between serum cytokine and bone mineral density.Results The expressions of serum IL-2,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 in the osteopenia group and the osteoporosis group were lower than those in the control group.The expressions of serum TNF-αand IL-1βwere higher than those in the control group,with the differences statistically significant(P<0.05);the serum levels of IL-2,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 in osteoporosis group were lower than those in bone loss group,but the serum levels of TNF-αand IL-1βwere higher than those in bone loss group(P<0.05);the serum levels of IL-2,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 decreased gradually with the increase of age in the osteoporosis group.The serum levels of TNF-αand IL-1βincreased continuously(P<0.05).The serum levels of IL-2,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 and lumbar spine bone mineral density were positively correlated in the osteoporosis group(r=0.309,r=0.311,r=0.274,r=0.407,P<0.05).The serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1βand lumbar spine bone density showed a negative correlation(r=-0.308,r=-0.312,P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-2,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 and other cytokines play an important role in the occurrence and progression of osteoporosis.Active detection of cytokine expression can provide information for clinical diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis and assessment of prognosis.
