摘要
[目的/意义]为大学生更好地应对自身信息焦虑行为带来的问题和困难提供建议及对策;为社会相关部门与高校大学生信息素养教育部门以及高校图书馆服务的实践和理论提供切实的证据支持和理论借鉴。[方法/过程]在对国内外相关文献进行研读之后,以江西省4所高校为例,通过实地调研探究大学生信息焦虑行为影响因素;基于探究结果构建大学生信息焦虑行为影响因素模型;最终根据大学生信息焦虑行为影响因素提出针对性解决对策。[结果/结论]通过调研得出5个大学生信息焦虑行为影响因素:个人认知、信息素养、信息质量、信息检索系统、信息利用环境,并针对研究结果提出针对性解决对策。
[Purpose/significance]Provide suggestions and countermeasures for college students to better cope with the problems and difficulties brought by their own information anxiety behaviors;provide practical evidence for the practice and theory of social related departments and college students’information literacy education departments and university library services Support and theoretical reference.[Method/process]After studying the relevant literature at home and abroad,the four universities in Jiangxi Province were taken as examples to investigate the influencing factors of college students’information anxiety behavior through field research.Based on the results of the inquiry,the influencing factors of college students’information anxiety behavior were constructed.Finally,the targeted countermeasures were proposed according to the influencing factors of college students’information anxiety behaviors.[Result/conclusion]This paper has obtained the influencing factors of five college students’information anxiety behaviors:personal cognition,information literacy,information quality,information retrieval system,information utilization environment,and proposed targeted solutions to the research results.
