摘要
[目的/意义]随着信息行为研究的不断深入,国内外研究者逐渐摆脱了以单用户为中心的研究思路,开始重视信息行为中存在的协同信息行为。然而单一学科的理论基础往往会在面对复杂的研究对象时逐渐暴露出解释力的局限性,吸收和借鉴其他学科的理论及方法有助于对研究对象有着更为全面的认识。[方法/过程]文章通过心理学、社会学以及运筹学的视角,对协同信息行为的动机、产生的社会困境以及其中存在的博弈进行深入探讨,以期为协同信息行为研究提供更广阔的视野以及更全面的理解。[结果/结论]跨学科视角可以为协同信息行为研究提供更广阔的视野以及更全面的理解,帮助研究者全面审视协同信息行为从产生到结束的全部过程。
[Purpose/significance]With the deepening of information behavior research, relevant researchers gradually get rid of the single-user-centered research thinking, and begin to pay attention to collaborative information behavior in information behavior. However, the theoretical basis of a single discipline tends to gradually expose the limitations of explanatory power in the face of complex research objects.[Method/process]It is helpful to have a more comprehensive understanding of the research objects to absorb and learn from the theories and methods of other disciplines.Through different research perspectives, this paper deeply discusses the motivation, social dilemma and game existing in collaborative information behavior, hoping to provide a broader vision and a more comprehensive understanding for collaborative information behavior research.[Result/conclusion]The interdisciplinary perspective can provide a broader perspective and a more comprehensive understanding for the research on collaborative information behavior, and help researchers comprehensively examine the whole process of collaborative information behavior from generation to end.
