高泳透力薄膜型阴极电泳涂料的研制

摘要 针对汽车车身涂装要求开发的高泳透力薄膜型阴极电泳涂料是将合成的阳离子型环氧树脂、固化剂等制备成乳液,并与含有季铵盐以及流盐结构的阳离子化合基团的色浆等配制而成。结果表明:使用噁唑烷全封闭固化剂改性环氧阳离子电泳树脂得到的乳液,再与科德公司生产的KD-861含季铵盐与锍盐结构的色浆进行配槽,其性能达到最佳。 The high throwing power film cathodic electrophoretic coating,which is developed for automobile body painting requirements,is prepared by the preparation of cationic cationic epoxy resin and fully closed curing agent,and is prepared from the cationic paste containing quaternary ammonium salt and salt structure.The experimental results show that the emulsification of epoxy cationic electrophoretic resin modified by oxazolidine completely sealed curing agent was studied.Then mix tank with KD-861 colour paste containing quaternary ammonium salt and sulphur salt structure produced by Kodest Company is grooved.Its performance achieves the best.
