Research and Prevention of the Defects of the Soundproof Glue in the Spraying Process

对汽车底盘防音胶喷涂过程中产生的胶泡缺陷原因进行了分析,通过采用控制变量、推演、试验还原进行模拟,提出改善建议与措施并加以管控,为底盘涂胶工艺相关问题的解决提供依据。

The causes of foam defects in the process of automobile chassis soundproof glue spraying were analyzed.Through the simulation of control variables,deduction and test reduction,some suggestions and measures for improvement and control are put forward,which provides the basis for solving the problems related to the coating process of chassis.
