As the development environment of China's real estate industry becoming more complex,enterprises are facing new opportunities and challenges,so they need to systematically and comprehensively review,timely change development strategies and control ideas,in order to adapt to the new market development needs.This paper studies and analyzes the new situation faced by real estate enterprises and the control strategies at each stage of real estate investment.
