精细化管理对海外建设工程项目顺利实施具有重要的意义。论文以埃塞俄比亚AA高速公路项目为例,研究了这类项目建设过程的特殊性,针对这种特殊性提出了精细化管理的措施和方法,经施工验证具有良好的效果,可以为同类项目的组织与管理提供借鉴。

Fine management is of great significance for the smooth implementation of overseas construction projects.Taking AA expressway project in Ethiopia as an example,this paper studies the particularity of the construction process of this kind of project,and puts forward the measures and methods of fine management in view of this particularity.The construction proves that it has a good effect and can be used for reference for the organization and management of the same kind of project.
