在竞争日趋激烈的国际工程承包市场中,业主为了保障自身的利益越来越多的工程开始使用更有利于业主的"保证最大价格"合同。论文对如何更好地理解这种合同模式,明确其中的风险,并做好风险应对措施进行详细阐述。
In the increasingly competitive international project contracting market,owners are beginning to use the"guaranteed maximum price"contract.This paper elaborates on how to better understand the contract mode,identify the risks and take appropriate measures to deal with the risks.
