摘要
以水利工程建设中应用信息技术的必要性和水利防汛信息技术的特点为切入点展开具体分析,并以此为依据,提出积极运用信息化技术开展水利工程建设工作,包括通讯技术和计算机网络技术、运用水文信息数据库、防汛视频会商系统等信息技术。
The necessity of applying information technology in water conservancy project construction and the characteristics of water conservancy flood control information technology are analyzed in detail.On this basis,it is proposed to actively use information technology to carry out water conservancy project construction,including communication technology and computer network technology,the use of hydrological information database,flood control video consultation system and other information technology.
