X线机、CT设备联合应用对腰椎间盘突出症的临床诊断分析

Clinical Diagnosis of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation by Combined Application of X-ray and CT

目的探讨X线机联合CT设备对腰椎间盘突出症的临床诊断价值。方法随机选取我院2017年9月至2018年9月收治的82例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,按照数字随机法将其分为两组,即对照组和研究组各41例。对照组患者采用CT设备诊断,研究组患者给予X线机和CT设备联合诊断,比较两组患者的确诊率。结果研究组患者使用X线机联合CT设备检查的确诊率明显高于对照组患者仅使用CT设备检查的确诊率,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论使用X线机和CT设备联合诊断腰椎间盘突出症的确诊率很高,对临床医师的诊断更加有利,临床推广价值较大。

Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of X-ray combined with CT equipment for lumbar disc herniation.Methods Eighty-two patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the digital random method,namely 41 cases in the control group and 41 cases in the research group.The patients in the control group were diagnosed by CT equipment,while the patients in the research group were diagnosed by X-ray and CT equipment.The diagnostic rate was compared between the two groups.Results The diagnostic rate of X-ray machine combined with CT equipment in the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion The diagnostic rate of lumbar disc herniation by X-ray and CT is very high.It is more advantageous to the diagnosis of clinicians and has great value in clinical promotion.
