手术室护理敏感指标的建立与使用

Establishment and Use of Nursing Sensitive Indicators in Operating Room

目的分析手术室护理敏感指标建立和使用。方法选择我院于2018年7月至2018年9月实施手术治疗的患者,将所有患者按照使用手术安全核查表及未使用手术安全核查表核对患者情况的不同,分为对照组(50例,使用常规方法护理)和观察组(50例,实施延伸护理方法)。同时,将手术病人术前、术中、术后核对内容进行比较,对不良事件发生率进行比较。结果手术室护理敏感指标的建立,观察组病人对手术患者的安全度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理敏感指标体系的建立有助于手术室护理的敏感性、实用性、安全性,对医疗手术室的发展产生促进作用,同时对保障患者安全,降低医疗事故的发生率,有极大的作用。

Objective To analyze the establishment and use of sensitive nursing indicators in operating room.Methods All patients were divided into control group(50 cases with routine nursing)and observation group(50 cases with extended nursing method)according to the difference of using operation safety checklist and not using operation safety checklist to check the patient’s condition in our hospital from July 2018 to September 2018.All patients were divided into control group(50 cases with routine nursing method)and observation group(50 cases with extended nursing method).At the same time,the contents of preoperative,intraoperative and post-operative checks were compared,and the incidence of adverse events was compared.Results The safety of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of sensitive index system of operating room nursing is helpful to the sensitivity,practicability and safety of operating room nursing,promotes the development of medical operating room,ensures the safety of patients and reduces the incidence of medical accidents.
