整体护理模式对小儿急性肾小球肾炎病情控制及满意度的影响观察

The Effect of HolisticNursing Model on the Control and Satisfaction of Acute Glomerulonephritis in Children

目的观察急性肾小球肾炎患儿采取整体护理模式对其病情控制和满意度的临床效果。方法搜集2016年3月到2018年3月间本科室收治的90例患有急性肾小球肾炎的患儿进行研究,运用简单分样法将该类患儿分为常规组(n=45)和观察组(n=45),给予常规组常规化护理干预,予以观察组整体护理模式干预,总结分析两组护理满意度和病情控制情况。结果观察组病情控制时间与住院时间与常规组比较明显减少,两组比较存在统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组家属满意度97.78%较常规组82.22%明显升高,P<0.05。结论急性肾小球肾炎患儿采取整体护理模式效果较优,可提升家属满意度,且在短时间内控制患儿病情发展,缓解患儿身体不适感,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of holistic nursing on the control and satisfaction of acute glomerulonephritis in children.Methods Collected between March 2016 to March 2018 undergraduate course room is treated 90 cases of children with acute glomerulonephritis is studied,using the method of simple points sample these patients can be divided into normal group(n=45)and observation group(n=45),to give regular group of routine nursing intervention,to observe intervention group of whole nursing model,summarized analysis of two groups of nursing satisfaction and disease control.Results The control time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly reduced compared with the conventional group,and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).The family satisfaction of the observation group was 97.78%higher than that of the conventional group(82.22%),P<0.05.Conclusion The overall nursing mode for children with acute glomerulonephritis has a better effect,which can improve family satisfaction,control the disease development of children in a short time,and relieve the physical discomfort of children,which has a high application value.
