纤维支气管镜在儿童大叶性肺炎中的临床应用价值

Clinical Value of Fiberoptic Bronchoscopy in Children with Lobar Pneumonia

目的于儿童大叶性肺炎中应用纤维支气管镜,分析其临床应用价值。方法在2018年3月~2019年6月期间,从我院选取大叶性肺炎患儿80例作为研究对象,以随机数表法将其分为对照组(n=40,常规对症治疗)和观察组(n=40,常规对症治疗+纤维支气管镜下肺泡灌洗术治疗),比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果对照组治疗总有效率82.50%,观察组治疗总有效率97.50%(P<0.05);FVC、FEV1、PEF水平相较于治疗前均升高,但观察组升高程度显著于对照组(P<0.05);发热症状、咳嗽症状、肺部啰音缓解消失时间与对照组比较,观察组显著均较短,差异显著,P<0.05。结论将纤维支气管镜下肺泡灌洗术应用于大叶性肺炎患儿中的效果显著,改善了患儿的肺功能,并缩短了患儿临床症状缓解的时间,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical application value of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in children with lobar pneumonia.Methods From March 2018 to June 2019,80 children with lobar pneumonia were selected from our hospital as subjects.They were randomly divided into control group(n=40,routine symptomatic treatment).The observation group(n=40,conventional symptomatic treatment+fiberoptic bronchial alveolar lavage)was used to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 82.50%.The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%(P<0.05).The levels of FVC,FEV1 and PEF were higher than those before the treatment,but the increase of the observation group was significant in the control group.(P<0.05);fever symptoms,cough symptoms,lung voice loss and disappearance time compared with the control group,the observation group was significantly shorter,the difference was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the treatment of children with lobar pneumonia is significant,which improves the lung function of children and shortens the time of clinical symptom relief.It is worthy of popularization and application.
