早期康复护理用于脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者价值研究

Value of Early Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Dysphagia after Stroke

目的探讨给予脑卒中后吞咽障碍(DAS)患者早期康复护理干预的临床价值。方法选取72例2018年5月至2019年5月治疗的脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者分为两组,常规组(n=36)治疗期间行常规护理,干预组(n=36)再加强早期康复护理,观察患者吞咽障碍改善、并发症发生情况。结果经相应干预后,干预组治疗总有效率为88.89%,相比常规组的75.00%显著更高,患者营养不良、误吸性肺炎发生率分别为11.11%、27.78%,均显著低于常规组的30.56%、58.33%(P<0.05)。结论治疗期间加强给予DAS患者早期康复护理,可使患者吞咽障碍获得显著改善,且能够明显降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the clinical value of early rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with post-stroke dysphagia(DAS).Methods 72 patients with dysphagia after stroke treated from May 2018 to May 2019 were divided into two groups.The routine group(n=36)received routine nursing,and the intervention group(n=36)strengthened early rehabilitation nursing.The improvement of dysphagia and the occurrence of complications were observed.Results After intervention,the total efficacy rate of intervention group was 88.89%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%of routine group.The incidence of malnutrition and aspiration pneumonia were 11.11%and 27.78%respectively,which were significantly lower than 30.56%and 58.33%of routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing for DAS patients during treatment can significantly improve the dysphagia and reduce the incidence of complications.
