内镜下粘膜剥离(ESD)相关护理配合及体会

Nursing Cooperation and Experience of Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection(ESD)

目的研究分析行内镜下黏膜剥离(ESD)患者的相关护理配合以及体会。方法选取2018年6月至2019年6月期间,本院收治的预行内镜下黏膜剥离术患者50例。将其按照护理方式随机分为两组,实验组(n=25)行强化护理措施;对照组(n=25)行常规护理措施。对比分析两组患者的术后并发症发生机率以及患者的护理满意度。结果采用强化护理措施的实验组护理满意度以及患者的护理效果明显高于采用常规护理的对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论行内镜下黏膜剥离(ESD)术患者在护理上选择强化护理措施能够有效提高其治疗效果以及护理满意度,值得在临床上加以推广。

Objective To study and analyze the nursing cooperation and experience of patients with endoscopic mucous membrane peeling(ESD).Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,50 patients with pre-endoscopic submucosal dissection in our hospital were selected.The two groups were randomly divided into two groups according to the nursing mode,the experimental group(n=25),and the control group(n=25).The incidence of postoperative complications and the patient’s nursing satisfaction were compared in the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction and nursing effect of the experimental group with intensive nursing measures were significantly higher than those of the control group with routine nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The choice of intensive nursing measures in nursing of patients undergoing endoscopic mucosal peeling(ESD)can effectively improve the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction.
