人文关怀在恢复期精神分裂症患者护理中的应用

Application of Humanistic Care in Nursing of Convalescent Patients with Schizophrenia

目的探究恢复期精神分裂症患者护理过程中使用人文关怀护理干预应用效果。方法抽选我院接收的60例恢复期精神分裂症患者为本次研究代表,患者入选时间为2018年2月至2019年8月。将患者按照单双号分组方式分为研究组与参照组,每组患者30例。参照组患者给予常规护理干预,研究组患者在常规护理基础上实施人文关怀护理干预,比较研究组与参照组患者护理前后BPRS评分与PSP评分。结果护理前BPRS评分与PSP评分,组间患者评分差异呈P>0.05,组内患者护理后与护理前相比,P<0.05,组间患者护理后相比,研究组更为优异,与参照组相比,差异呈P<0.05。结论在恢复期精神分裂症患者护理中应用人文关怀护理,可有效改善患者精神状态,进而提升患者生存质量,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care nursing intervention in the nursing process of convalescent schizophrenia patients.Methods Sixty patients with convalescent schizophrenia received in our hospital were selected as representatives of this study.The patients were selected from February 2018 to August 2019.The patients were divided into study group and reference group according to the way of single and double number grouping,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and the patients in the study group were treated with humanistic care nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The BPRS score and PSP score of the patients in the study group and the control group before and after nursing were compared.Results The difference of BPRS score and PSP score between the two groups was P>0.05,and that of the patients in the group was significantly higher than that before nursing(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the patients in the study group were more excellent after nursing,and the difference was P<0.05 compared with the control group.Conclusion The application of humanistic care nursing in the nursing of convalescent patients with schizophrenia can effectively improve the mental state of patients and then improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
