研究在疝气术后患者的护理过程中人性化护理干预措施的效果

To Study the Effect of Humanized Nursing Intervention in the Nursing Process of Patients with Hernia after Operation

目的分析人性化护理在疝气术后患者护理过程中的护理作用。方法选择于2018年1月至2019年1月接收治疗的100例疝修补术患者,按照不同的护理方法将所有患者分为对照组(50例,常规方法护理)和研究组(50例,人性化护理),比较两组患者的肛门恢复排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间、疼痛程度、护理满意度。结果研究组的肛门恢复排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,研究组疼痛程度低于对照组,满意度明显高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理能加快术后恢复速度,提高患者满意度,值得在临床中进一步推广。

Objective To analyze the role of humanized nursing in the nursing process of patients after hernia operation.Methods One hundred cases of hernia repair patients who received treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into control group(50 cases,routine nursing)and research group(50 cases,humanized nursing)according to different nursing methods.The recovery time of anal exhaust,time of getting out of bed,time of hospitalization,degree of pain and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The time of recovery of anal exhaust,time of getting out of bed and time of hospitalization in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group.The degree of pain in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the degree of satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing can accelerate the recovery rate and improve patient satisfaction,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
