慢性精神分裂症应用阿立哌唑治疗的临床效果研究分析

目的探析阿立哌唑在慢性精神分裂症患者病情控制中的临床效果。方法取楚雄州精神病医院2016年1月至2018年12月收治确诊为慢性精神分裂症患者作为分析对象,随机抽取200例,编序后计算机分组且对应设为对照组、观察组,各100例,分别给予利培酮、阿立哌唑药物治疗。通过对两组患者病情缓解率、不良反应和症状评估等判断阿立哌唑对慢性精神分裂症的治疗临床效果。结果治疗后评估病情缓解情况,观察组缓解率要显著高于对照组(P<0.05);在药物治疗期间观察组发生相关不良反应例数显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后评价两组患者的PANSS及PSP(个人和社会功能量表)评分,观察组数据均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性精神分裂症患者应用阿立哌唑药物治疗具备高效、安全等优势,不会影响患者治疗依从性,对整体效果与生活质量均有保障价值,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of aripiprazole in the control of chronic schizophrenia.Methods Two hundred patients with chronic schizophrenia who were admitted to our psychiatric hospital from January 2016 to December 2018,were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group.One hundred patients in each group were treated with risperidone and aripiprazole respectively.The clinical effect of aripiprazole on chronic schizophrenia was evaluated by remission rate,adverse reactions and symptom evaluation of the two groups.Results After treatment,the remission rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The number of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PANSS and PSP scores of the two groups were evaluated,and the data of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole has the advantages of high efficiency and safety in the treatment of chronic schizophrenia.It does not affect the compliance of patients,and has the value of guaranteeing the overall effect and quality of life.It is worth popularizing.
