针对性护理在肾结石钬激光碎石术围手术期中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Pertinent Nursing in Perioperative Period of Holmium Laser Lithotripsy for Renal Calculi

目的研究肾结石患者通过针对性护理对钬激光碎石术围手术期中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的48例肾结石患者作为研究对象,将患者分对照组24例和观察组24例。对照组对患者进行常规护理,观察组对患者进行针对性护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果通过两组患者的临床疗效比较,观察组患者护理后的总有效率明显比对照组高,使用针对性护理的临床疗效更佳,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理在本次研究中比常规护理的护理作用更加明显,有利于提高患者的临床治愈率,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of pertinent nursing on the perioperative period of holmium laser lithotripsy in patients with renal calculi.Methods Forty-eight cases of renal calculi in our hospital were divided into control group(24 cases)and observation group(24 cases).The patients in the control group received routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group received targeted nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Through the comparison of the clinical curative effect of the two groups,the total effective rate of the patients in the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the clinical curative effect of the targeted nursing was better,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing is more effective than conventional nursing in this study,which is conducive to improving the clinical cure rate and the quality of life of patients.
