恒上前牙龈下牙折行牙体牙髓正畸联合修复治疗的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Combined Orthodontics and Prosthodontics for Permanent Anterior Subgingival Fracture

目的分析恒上前牙龈下牙折患者行牙体牙髓正畸联合修复治疗的效果。方法以我院2018年5月至2019年5月收治的恒上前牙龈下牙折患者100例为研究对象,采用计算机随机分组法分为常规组(n=50,行常规修复治疗)和实验组(n=50,行牙体牙髓正畸联合修复治疗)。对比两组患者疗效及并发症发生情况。结果(1)两组患者治疗效果分析:实验组治疗有效率为94%,常规组治疗有效率为82%,可见,实验组高于常规组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)两组患者并发症发生情况分析:实验组并发症发生率为4%,常规组并发症发生率为14%,实验组并发症发生率远低于常规组,并且数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恒上前牙龈下牙折患者行牙体牙髓正畸联合修复治疗疗效确切,且治疗过程中不易引发并发症,在临床诊疗中具有可行性。

Objective To analyze the effect of the combination of Orthodontics and pulp restoration on the patients with permanent anterior subgingival fracture.Methods A total of 100 patients with permanent anterior subgingival fracture admitted in our hospital from May 2018 to may 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:the conventional group(n=50,routine restoration)and the experimental group(n=50,combined treatment of orthodontics and pulp).The curative effect and complications of the two groups were compared.Results(1)Analysis of the therapeutic effect of the two groups:the effective rate of the experimental group was 94%,and the effective rate of the conventional group was 82%.It can be seen that the experimental group was higher than the conventional group,and the data difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Analysis of the complications of the two groups:the incidence of complications was 4%in the experimental group and 14%in the routine group.The incidence of complications in the experimental group was much lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is feasible in clinical diagnosis and treatment for the patients with permanent upper anterior subgingival fracture to have combined orthodontics and pulp restoration.
