探讨瑞舒伐他汀用于治疗动脉粥样硬化性脑血管病的临床效果

Explore the Clinical Effect of Rosuvastatin in the Treatment of Atherosclerotic Cerebrovascular Disease

目的探究分析对动脉粥样硬化性脑血管病患者使用瑞舒伐他汀治疗后的临床疗效。方法选取本院2017~2019年收治的80例动脉粥样硬化性脑血管病,随机分为对照组和实验组两组。对照组患者使用阿司匹林,实验组患者使用瑞舒伐他汀,对两组治疗效果进行收集和分析。结果实验组和对照组各项指标的比较:对照组和实验组患者在IMT、TC、TG、LDL-C各个指标上都呈好转趋势,但是实验组患者各项指标显示的效果更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀对于治疗动脉粥样硬化性脑血管病有良好的效果。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of rosuvastatin in the treatment of atherosclerotic cerebrovascular disease.Methods Eighty patients with atherosclerotic cerebrovascular disease admitted to our hospital from 2017 to 2019 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was treated with aspirin,while the experimental group was treated with rosuvastatin.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were collected and analyzed.Results The comparison of the indicators of the experimental group and the control group:The indicators of IMT,TC,TG and LDL-C in the control group and the experimental group showed a trend of improvement,but the indicators of the experimental group showed a better effect,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin has a good effect in the treatment of atherosclerotic cerebrovascular disease.
