蒙医温针灸配合内服蒙药治疗肩周炎疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Mongolian Medicine Warming Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Internal Mongolian Medicine on Periarthritis of Shoulder

目的探讨分析蒙医温针灸结合蒙药内服治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法选取本院已被确诊为肩周炎的40名患者,采用蒙药结合蒙医温针灸治疗肩周炎。选择的蒙药是珍宝丸、那如-3味丸、那仁满都拉,森登-4味散药汤、阿嘎日-35等,针灸的穴位是肩前、肩贞、壁穴、曲池、天宗等。结果痊愈患者21例,占52.5%,有效患者16例,占40.0%,无效患者3例,占7.5%,总有效率为92.5%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蒙医温针灸配合内服蒙药可以有效治疗肩周炎,并且效果好,值得进一步推广实行。

Objective To explore and analyze the curative effect of Mongolian medicine warm needling combined with Mongolian medicine oral administration on scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods Forty patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were selected and treated with Mongolian medicine combined with Mongolian medicine warming acupuncture and moxibustion.The selected Mongolian medicines are Zhenbao pill,Naru-3 Weiwan,Naren Mandula,Sendeng-4 Weisanyao Decoction,Agari-35,etc.The acupoints of acupuncture and moxibustion are jianqian,jianzhen,Bi acupoints,Quchi,Tianzong,etc.Results Twenty-one cases(52.5%)were cured,16 cases(40.0%)were effective,3 cases(7.5%)were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 92.5%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mongolian medicine warming needle moxibustion combined with Mongolian medicine can effectively treat scapulohumeral periarthritis,and the effect is good,it is worth further promotion and implementation.
