心理剧对抑郁症患者心理状态及康复效果的应用研究

Application of Psychodrama in Psychological State and Rehabilitation of Depressive Patients

目的研究分析心理剧对抑郁症患者心理状态及康复效果的应用。方法选择自2017年11月至2018年12月我院收治的80例抑郁症患者为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为对照组(n=40)与观察组(n=40),对照组患者行常规药物与一般护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上行心理剧干预,比较分析两组患者干预后的。结果根据两组间统计数据显示,两组患者在经治疗前心理抑郁状态与社会功能缺陷情况差异不大,无统计学意义(P>0.05);在经治疗后,患者不良心理状态与社会功能缺陷均得到改善,且观察组患者HAMD、SDSS相比较对照组明显降低,两组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对抑郁症患者在治疗中结合心理剧干预,可明显改善患者抑郁状态,促进其心理健康的恢复,值得在临床中普及应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of psychodrama on the psychological state and rehabilitation of patients with depression.Methods Eighty patients with depression who were admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled.All patients were randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The patients underwent routine medication and general nursing intervention,and the observation group underwent psychodrama intervention on the basis of the control group,and compared the effects of intervention between the two groups.Results According to the statistics between the two groups,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the state of psychological depression and social function defects before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the patients'bad psychological state and social function defects were improved,and the HAMD and SDSS of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of psychodrama intervention in the treatment of depression patients can significantly improve the depression status of patients and promote the recovery of their mental health.It is worthy of popularization in clinical practice.
