综合护理对急性冠脉综合征行经皮冠状动脉介入术患者康复的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Rehabilitation of Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome Undergoing Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

目的探究对急性冠脉综合征患者进行经皮冠状动脉介入术治疗过程中应用综合护理的效果。方法搜集90例急诊患者、920例平诊患者的病例资料进行研究分析,依据入院的先后顺序分成两组。505例患者为对照组,接受基础护理;另外505例患者为研究组,接受综合护理。对比两种护理方式对患者康复的具体影响。结果护理后,研究组的焦虑评分、抑郁评分明显比对照组少,P<0.05;研究组患者术后的神经反射、心律失常、血管综合征并发症情况比对照组少,P<0.05。结论急性冠脉综合征患者在进行经皮冠状动脉介入术的过程中应用综合护理,既可促进手术顺利完成,又可减少并发症出现,显著提升临床护理质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with acute coronary syndrome during percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods The data of 90 emergency patients and 920 flat patients were collected and analyzed.According to the order of admission,they were divided into two groups.Five hundred and five patients in the control group received basic nursing,and 505 patients in the study group received comprehensive nursing.The specific effects of the two nursing methods on the rehabilitation of patients were compared.Results After nursing care,the anxiety score and depression score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,P<0.05,and the postoperative neurological reflexes,arrhythmias and complications of vascular syndrome in the study group were less than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing care in patients with acute coronary syndrome can not only promote the smooth completion of the operation,but also reduce the occurrence of complications,significantly improve the quality of clinical nursing,which is worth popularizing.
