摘要 "教师评学"评价体系的建立与完善是推动医学教育评价体系改革的重要组成部分,是促进医学院校教育教学水平质量提升的重要路径,是培育道德品质高、能力水平强的医学技术人才的重要措施和保障。文章从医学院校建立和完善"教师评学"评价体系的必要性分析入手,阐述"教师评学"的概念以及重要意义。在对医学院校"教师评学"体系的建立原则、存在问题进行分析的基础上,进一步论述教育信息化背景下医学院校建立和完善"教师评学"评价体系的可行性与实现路径。 The establishment and improvement of "teacher evaluation" system, crucial part of promoting the reform of medical education evaluation system and vital realistic path to improve the quality improvement of education and teaching in medical colleges, is of great importance to cultivate medical technical talents with excellent morality and strong ability. By analyzing the ne-cessity of establishing and improving "teacher evaluation" system in medical colleges, this paper clarifies the definition and significance of "teacher evaluation" system. On the basis of analyzing the establishing principles and existing problems of "teacher evaluation" system in medical colle-ges, it further discusses the feasibility and implementing path of establishing and improving "tea-cher evaluation" system in medical colleges under the background of educational informationizat-ion.
