临床医学卓越医师培养教学改革研究

Research on teaching reform of excellent physician training in clinical medicine

随着我国卓越医师培养教学改革的不断深入,临床医师的工作能力得到全面的提升,不仅可以适应国家的医学事业发展,还能满足医疗卫生体制改革的人才需求。文章从教学方法、临床实践、人文素养、团队能力、科研视野等方面总结我国临床医学卓越医师培养教学改革的研究现状,在此基础上,提出了学校与医院在符合教学实际的医学教学体系的正确引导下最终实现卓越医学人才培养的更高要求。

With the deepening of the teaching reform of the cultivation of excellent doctors in China, the working ability of clinicians has been comprehensively improved, not only adapting to the development of the country’s medical cause, but also meeting the demand for talents under the reform of the medical and health system. This paper summarizes the current situation of tea-ching reform of training excellent doctors in clinical medicine in China from different perspectives including teaching methods, clinical practice, humanistic accomplishment, team competence and scientific research vision. On this basis, it puts forward that schools and hospitals, under the cor-rect guidance of the medical teaching system in line with the actual teaching practice, ultimately achieve higher requirements for the training of outstanding medical talents.
