临床路径联合病例导入式教学法在神经内科临床带教中的应用分析 被引量:22

摘要 在神经内科临床带教中采用临床路径联合病例导入式教学法,通过基于临床路径的常见病病例导入以及疑难病例导入,增强学员对常见病及疑难病的诊治能力。评估显示,此教学法可激发学员学习兴趣、提高自学能力及学习效率、活跃临床思维,不仅有助于快速提高学员的临床技能,同时有助于加强教学的科学性和系统性,促进教师临床带教能力的提高。 In order to improve the ability of diagnosis and treatment of common and intrac-table diseases cases, clinical pathway combining case-based learning method, which include com-mon cases based on clinical pathway and intractable case-based learning, was adopted in the clin-ical teaching of neurology. Evaluation shows that this method can stimulate students’ interest in learning, improve their self-study ability and learning efficiency, and activate clinical thinking, not only quickly boosting students’ clinical skills, but also enhancing scientific and systematic tea-ching. It also promotes teacher’ clinical teaching ability.
