含服盐酸达克罗宁胶浆后不同间隔时间行胃镜检查对患者咽喉部刺激及祛泡效果的影响

Influences of gastroscopy on throat stimulation reactions and air bubbles removal effect at different interval time after taking dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage

目的探讨含服盐酸达克罗宁胶浆后不同间隔时间行胃镜检查对患者咽喉部刺激及祛泡效果的影响。方法将2018年1月~2019年1月期间行胃镜检查的420例患者随机分为A、B、C、D四组,A组胃镜检查前不服用任何药物,其余3组均给予10 mL盐酸达克罗宁胶浆含服,B、C、D组分别于含服5 min、10 min、15 min后行胃镜检查,比较四组患者胃镜清晰度、麻醉效果总有效率、祛泡总有效率及记录不良反应和药物毒副作用。结果 B、C、D三组的各部位黏膜视野可见度评分均低于A组(P<0.01),C组、D组的评分低于B组(P<0.01),C组和D组间无统计学意义(P>0.05);B、C、D三组的咽部黏膜表面麻醉效果总有效率均优于A组(P<0.01),C组和D组总有效率优于B组(P<0.01),C组和D组间无统计学意义(P>0.05);B、C、D三组的祛泡总有效率均优于A组(P<0.01),C组和D组总有效率优于B组(P<0.01),C组和D组间无统计学意义(P>0.05);四组患者不良反应发生率均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论含服盐酸达克罗宁胶浆能够提高胃镜视野清晰度,减轻对咽喉部刺激,提高祛泡效果,无明显不良反应,且含服10 min以上效果更佳。

Objective To investigate the effects of gastroscopy on throat irritation and foaming at different intervals after administration of dyclonine hydrochloride gel.Methods 420 patients who underwent gastroscopy were randomly divided into four groups.Group A did not take any drugs before gastroscopy,and the other 3 groups received 10 mL of hydrochloric acid.Dyclonine glue was taken,and groups B,C,and D were examined by gastroscopy for 5 min,10 min,and 15 min respectively.The gastroscopy clarity,total anesthetic effect,and total air bubble removal were compared.The adverse reactions were recorded.Results The mucosa visual field visibility scores of the Group B,C and D groups were lower than those of Group A(P<0.01).The scores of the Group C and D were lower than those of the B group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between Group C and D(P>0.05).The total effective rate of pharyngeal mucosal surface anesthesia in Group B,C and D was better than that in Group A(P<0.01).The total effective rate of Group C and D was better than group B(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between group C and group D(P>0.05).The total effective rate of bubble removal in Group B,C and D was better than that in group A(P<0.01).The total effective rate of bubble removal in Group C and D was better than that of group B(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between Group C and D(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the four groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Dyclonine hydrochloride gel could improve the visual field clarity of the gastroscope and the effect of sputum,reduce the irritation to the throat.The effect is better when oral taking for over 10 minutes.
