心理-行为矫正疗法联合盐酸哌甲酯缓释片治疗注意力缺陷多动障碍患儿的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of psycho-behavioral correction therapy combined with methylphenidate hydrochloride sustained-release tablets for children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

目的探讨心理-行为矫正疗法联合盐酸哌甲酯缓释片在注意力缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2015年11月~2017年12月收治的ADHD患儿89例,根据建档顺序分为对照组(n=44)和研究组(n=45)。对照组口服盐酸哌甲酯缓释片,研究组基于对照组予心理-行为矫正疗法。干预1年后,观察对比两组遵医行为、Conners父母用量表(PSQ)评分、综合反应控制力商数(FRCQ)。结果干预1年后,研究组遵医率高于对照组(P<0.01);与对照组比较,干预1年后研究组多动指数、冲动-多动、品行问题、身心问题、焦虑问题、学习问题评分较低(P<0.01),FRCQ评分较高(P<0.001)。结论心理-行为矫正疗法联合盐酸哌甲酯缓释片用于ADHD患儿,可提高遵医行为,控制临床症状,提高自我控制力。

Objective To explore the application value of psycho-behavioral correction therapy combined with methylphenidate hydrochloride sustained-release tablets for children attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods 89 children with ADHD treated from November 2015 to December 2017 were divided into control group(n=44) and study group(n=45)according to the order of archiving. The control group were given methylphenidate hydrochloride sustained-release tablets,and the study group were given psycho-behavioral correction therapy based on the control group.After one yearof intervention,the compliance behavior,PSQ score and FRCQ of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After one year of intervention,the compliance rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01). Compared with the control group,after one year of intervention,the scores of hyperactivity index,impulse-hyperactivity index,conduct problem,physical and mental problems,anxiety problem and learning problem of the study group were lower(P<0.01),and the FRCQ score was higher(P<0.001).Conclusion Psycho-behavioral correction therapy combined with methylphenidate hydrochloride sustained-release tablets can improve compliance behavior,control clinical symptoms and improve self-control in children with ADHD.
