摘要
目的:探讨两种不同修复方式对根管治疗(RCT)后大面积缺损乳磨牙修复的临床效果。方法:根据纳入排除标准选择大面积缺损的乳磨牙97颗,将其随机分为树脂嵌体组和金属预成冠组。树脂嵌体组采用模型上制作复合树脂嵌体后行牙体组织修复,金属预成冠组选用金属预成冠进行修复。采用改良式美国公众健康服务标准(USPHS)评估系统对术后第6,12,24个月时的各项指标进行评估,并记录修复成功率。结果:两组间6,12,24个月时的修复成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:树脂嵌体和金属预成冠均可作为乳磨牙大面积缺损的修复方案。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of two different methods on the restoration of large area defects of primary molars after RCT.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,97 molars were selected and randomly divided into two groups:resin onlay group and metal preformed crown group.The resin onlay group used composite resin onlays made on the plaster casts to repair the teeth,and the metal preformed crown group used metal preformed crowns to repair.The improved USPHS evaluation system was used to evaluate the indicators at the 6th,12th and 24th months after operation,and the success rate of repair was recorded for statistical analysis.Results:There was no significant difference in repair success rate between the two groups at 6,12 and 24 months(P>0.05).Conclusion:Resin onlay and metal preformed crown can be used to repair large area defects of primary molars.
