摘要
提升金融服务制造业创新基地水平对于实施制造强国战略十分重要。在考察美国制造业创新中心的金融支持对策后,从政府推动型、企业主导型两个维度,选择“中国制造2025”首个试点示范城市宁波、苏州高新区作为政府推动型案例、华夏幸福作为企业推动型案例等进行研究,揭示金融支持国内制造业创新基地的主要做法和模式,并提出四点:提供差异化金融服务;建立招商与金融服务联动机制;率先开展金融产品创新;有效防范金融风险。
Enhancing the financial support for manufacturing innovation base is critical to implement the powerful manufacturing nation strategy.The paper studied the financial support countermeasures for the construction of manufacturing innovation center in U.S.From two dimensions identified as government-driven and enterprise-driven,the paper selected Ningbo,Suzhou national high-tech zones,andChina Fortune Land Development Co.,Ltd as three samples.Based on the investigation of these samples,the mode and policies of finical support for establishing manufacturing innovation bases were interpreted and put forward four points:to provide differentiated financial services;to establish a linkage mechanism between investment promotion and financial services;to take the lead in the innovation of financial products;to effectively prevent financial risks.
