摘要
本文通过分析线路用在线监测装置的电磁环境,得出研究其电磁兼容试验重要性和必要性的结论。结合具体的样机产品,分析样机的构成和干扰机理,提出具体的试验项目及试验要求,完成试验回路的搭建和具体试验。针对试验中出现的电快速脉冲群干扰问题,提出一种整改方法,即对信号线缆采取屏蔽线缆以及在信号端口增加TVS管、共模电感、共模电容的手段。试验结果证明,该方法能有效提高电快速脉冲群的抗干扰能力。
By analyzing the electromagnetic environment of on-line monitoring device,the importance and necessity of studying electro magnetic compatibility(EMC)test are obtained.Combined with the specific prototype products,through the analysis of the composition and interference mechanism of the prototype,the specific test items and test requirements are obtained.Combined with the construction of the test circuit,the specific test is completed.Aiming at the problem of electric fast pulse group interference in the test,a rectification method is proposed:signal cable adopts shielding cable,signal port to increase TVS tube,common-mode inductance and common-mode capacitance.The experimental results show that this method can effectively improve the anti-jamming ability of the fast electric pulse group.
