摘要 VLCC改装为FPSO具有经济性、快速性、可靠性等优点。以一艘300000 DWT级FPSO改装工程为背景,阐述改装过程中首部加装首楼及舷墙等结构的设计方法和过程。采用有限元分析方法对各种工况下结构设计的强度及合理性进行校核和评估。计算结果显示,结构强度符合规范及技术要求。结合实船设计特点和计算结果,总结了FPSO改装工程中首楼及舷墙区域结构设计的技术要点和相关结论,对此类船的改装工程起到一定参考作用。 The conversion of VLCC into FPSO has the advantages of economy,rapidity and reliability.Based on the 300000DWT FPSO conversion project,the design method and process for the forecastle and bulwark during the conversion are described.The finite element analysis method is used to check and evaluate the strength and rationality of the structural design under various working conditions.The calculated results show that the structural strength meets the design specifications and technical requirements.The technical points and relevant conclusions of the structural design of forecastle and bulwark area in the conversion project of FPSO are summarized based on the design characteristics and calculation results of the real vessel,which can be used as a reference for conversion of this kind of vessel.
