摘要
数字化造船是应用模块化建造技术、协同制造技术、仿真建造技术,实现船舶壳、舾、涂一体化。本项目是在融合数字化造船技术的基础上,将设计模型的理论坐标与船坞搭载的虚拟坐标进行统一,在空间上形成三维搭载坐标系。运用TRIBON建模技术、DACS精度分析技术、全站仪对船舶建造进行精度策划、数据收集、数据分析,建立完善的精度数据库,从而有效的应用于船坞三维搭载,实现了分段的精确控制和无余量搭载;分段搭载由传统的二维手工测量提升至三维立体精确测量,达到分段搭载快速定位、吊装时间减少、建造精度明显提高的目的。
Digital Shipbuilding is the application of modular construction technology,collaborative manufacturing technology,simulation construction technology to achieve the integration of hull construction,outfitting and painting.Based on the integration of digital shipbuilding technology,this paper unifies the theoretical coordinates of the design model with the virtual coordinates of the dock erection,and forms a three-dimensional erection coordinate system in space.TRIBON modeling technology,DACS precision analysis technology and total station instrument are used for precision planning,data collection,data analysis and establishment of a perfect precision database,so as to be effectively applied to the three-dimensional dock erection,to achieve the accurate control and zero-allowance erection of blocks.Block erection is improved from the traditional two-dimensional manual measurement to three-dimensional precision measurement,to achieve the purpose of rapid positioning of block erection,lifting time reduction,construction accuracy significantly improved.
