Through the research on manufacturing accuracy control of 39000 DWT bulk cargo cabin hatch cover,the structural characteristics and accuracy control method of hatch cover were understood,the compensation amount of hatch cover and the added value of reverse deformation of hatch cover were determined,and the residual arrangement of hatch cover was optimized to reduce the amount of repair and cutting in the construction process,which had a significant effect in actual pro duction and application.
