摘要
本文以某干散货船队4艘船舶为研究对象,对HFO重油净化器检修进行实例研究。结果表明,维修作业中人为失误概率(HEP)随船舶作业条件的变化而变化。同时对影响人因可靠性因素进行了分析,确定了每一个HFO方面净化器检修步骤中所有船舶的HEP值,从故障认识、知识失误、违章作业等方面分析其利害关系,并制定科学、有效的措施。
In this paper,a dry bulk carrier is taken as the research object,and the HFO heavy oil purifier maintenance of it is studied as an example for human error probability(HEP)analysis.The results show that the human error probability(HEP)varies with the ship's operating conditions.At the same time,the factors affecting human reliability are analyzed,and the HEP values for each step of HFO heavy oil purifier maintenance are determined,and its interests are analyzed from the aspects of fault understanding,knowledge error,illegal operation and so on,and scientific and effective measures are formulated.
